Registration fee
- UGent staff / keynote speakers: free
- PhD students: 150 EUR (early bird) – 175 EUR (late)
- Others: 175 EUR (early bird) – 200 EUR (late)
The registration fee includes the costs of on-site lunches, coffee, and the conference dinner on Sunday, July 1.
Deadlines
Speakers have to register not later than May 8.
This is also the deadline for early bird registration.
Registration will not be possible anymore after June 8.
